To begin the registration process, the team Coach must select the "Annual Coach Registration" option in the left hand clumn, register and pay an annual coach registration fee to US Futsal.

Once the Coach has registered he/she will return to the registration center and click on "Winter League Registration" option where he/she will select to "ADD another team" and fill out the requested information accordingly. In step 4 of 5 in identifying your team, you'll neeed to indicate the name of each player, their date of birth, as well as a corresponding email address.

Upon completion of the team roster information, the Zortal powered US Futsal registration center will automatically system generate an email prompting the players' parents to complete the player registration portion, they will be issued a unique Team ID # in that email notice which will be needed to complete the regsitration process.

The league fee for teams is paid for on a per player basis, and there are options to pay online by credit card, by electronic check or by check sent through the mail.  If a team prefers to pay collectively by means of a mailed in check please attached a copy of the team roster to the check so that proper application of the payment can be made.
